The nominations for the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards have been announced and there are a lot of happy musicians out there sharing their excitement with the Twitter-verse.
Even though the guys of fun. earned themselves six, count them six nominations, they had no interest in patting themselves on the back for a job well done. Instead they shouted out their fellow musician friend, classical music composer Nico Muhly, who helped them out with their performance of “We Are Young” at last night’s GRAMMY Nominations concert in Nashville, Tennessee.
Unreal night. Thank you for listening. BTW the arrangement of W.A.Y. we just did was by my favorite composer, Nico Muhly. -andrew

While Taylor Swift, who earned three nominations, two of them for her song “Safe & Sound” from The Hunger Games soundtrack, was left feeling like a girl on fire.
@thecivilwars My 1st thought upon hearing of our 2 Grammy noms for Safe & Sound was 'may the odds be ever in our favor' and I'm not sorry.
