Snooki is out of the hospital and the first picture of little baby Lorenzo has now appeared.  I’m a bit jealous because he has lots of hair!

The picture is of Lorenzo Lavalle in his mama’s arms as they are leaving the New Jersey hospital.

You can only see the top of Lorenzo’s head, but you can see that this baby has a full head of hair (unlike Timmay).

MTV cameras surround Snooki as she’s being wheeled out to her car.  Pay attention to the high wedges she’s rockin’!
