4th of July has come and gone and I’m happy to report our freedom of harassing strangers is still very much intact.

On my way into work today I was ‘Cat called’ by some CLE City workers from their truck. Got the old, honk of the horn and whistle to follow. I am not ‘feelin’ the love today, considering I have a bum finger and ate my body weight in BBQ yesterday. Call me old fashioned, but I don’t like getting whistled at as if I’m some object of desire, and in my current state of ‘ugly’ I feel less than attractive to say the least.

In short if you city workers are reading this or any straight male species for that matter, because gay men compliments are amazing, who doesn’t love a good “gurl you look fierce” with a snap of the finger to follow? Please, I repeat please, next time, do the polite thing and talk behind my back to your buddy.
