Baldwin punched a New York Daily News photographer in the chin for snapping his photo outside the Marriage License Bureau.

54-year-old Baldwin is set to wed 28-year-old yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas soon.

The photographer filed an assault complaint against Baldwin — whose history of anger mismanagement includes two previous attacks on photographers.
