1. Your bad mood

No one likes waking up in the mornings. But, don’t let your bad mood ruin the good time you had last night. When you wake up smile, and actually try and have a conversation. If you’re not in to talking at all in the mornings, cuddling is always an appropriate alternative.

2. The morning foolery

Morning sex is hot and necessary. Of course you were into each other late last night, but you have to show the same interest this morning! You may be sleepy or just not into it, but you must show some affection to prove that it wasn’t the wine talking last night.

3. Coffee and/or breakfast

You may not have anything in your place to offer, but at least make the effort to go GET something. If your partner declines, that’s okay. But at least making the offer for some coffee or a bagel is showing that you’re considerate and polite.

4. The toothbrush/shower situation

It is an awesome gesture to offer a toothbrush (hopefully a brand new one) and even a shower. Again, if they decline…that’s up to them. But he/she should feel as though if they WANTED to take a quick shower or brush their teeth, that they can.

5. Poor guest etiquette

Take the time to clean up some of the clothes that you threw around last night. Or clean up some of the dishes that were used. Cleaning up in front of your person shows that you have tidying habits and is impressive.

6. The goodbye

Make sure to do this! Give a goodbye kiss and also thank them for coming over the night before. It’s polite and shows that you’re being sincere.

7. The acknowledgement of a good time later that day

Don’t hesitate to send a text message or an email telling them about how much fun you had it makes them feel good about themselves. It also shows that you were thinking about them and wanted to express how you were feeling.
