On the first day of taping the X-Factor, Britney Spears and Demi Lavato got into it! 

The pair had their very first day of judging on the reality show yesterday in Texas.

It didn’t take long for Britney to clash with Demi.

They disagreed on the very first contestant. One of them LOVED it … the other, not so much.

We also hear Britney walked off the set at one point because a contestant was so bad. She says she walked off because she needed a break.
